Refund Policy

Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we’ll guide you through it.

Custom, engraved, and made-to-order pieces are final sale, as they are created specifically for you.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method for the amount paid. Because our pieces are priced to the live metal market at the time of purchase, refunds reflect the original amount you were charged. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
